Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we aim to get your BeHD to you no matter where your location. We ship worldwide and if you have any special requests for your shipping, just let us know and we will do all we can to help.
Why do you not need my shipping address if paying by PayPal?
Your order will be processed to your paypal registered address. Paypal provides us with all your relevant shipping information to process your order and get it to you. If you would like your order sent elsewhere please get in touch. However if you checkout via direct card payment you will need to provide both a billing and shipping address.
How long does shipping take?
All BeHD's are sent 1st class Fully trackable. Depending on your location this typically takes 4-6 working days in transit however can sometimes take a little longer. Your tracking information will be emailed to you so you can always see where your BeHD is, all the way to your front door.
Will I be charged for taxes?
All taxes and shipping are included in the order cost.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal payments & secure credit card payments, this ensures you as a customer are fully protected by PayPal's and your banks buyer protection. It is also the most secure way to pay for goods online.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
All BeHD cameras are covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty and are all tested before dispatch.
What is your returns policy?
Need to make a return? Just get in touch through our contact page and we can walk you through your return and the options which are available to you.
Do you refund?
As long as your BeHD is returned in the original packaging and has not been abused we can offer you a full refund on your purchase if within 21 days.
If however your BEHD is faulty we offer warranty up to 1 year on this.
YOUR SHIPPING TRACKING CODE
Where can i find my Shipping tracking code?
You can track your BeHD Camera all the way to your front door, this can be done using your tracking code which is sent to you on an automated email once we upload your tracking information to our system.
Although all orders are dispatched within 48 hours, sometimes there can be a delay to upload your tracking code. so please keep an eye out for the email 3-10 days after your order. Enter your tracking code at royalmail.co.uk or for a more updated tracking for the US and CANADA you can track your order at USPS.com or CANADAPOST.ca
